Elite Athlete Development
Improving athletic potential is highly complex. Don’t leave your results to chance by pulling programs off the internet, hiring underqualified coaches, or hoping your team’s 1 hour of dryland each week is enough to fulfill your needs. You deserve a program that is designed around your specific needs and is potent enough to give you devastating results.
Our Sports Performance Training System is Athlete Centric. Meaning, we don’t give you a cookie-cutter, ‘sports-specific’ program. We design each and every one of our programs to improve you as an athlete, with careful consideration for the sport(s) you play, your schedule, goals, timelines, prior training experience, past injuries, and performance gaps. We improve you as an athlete, so you and your sports coach can make you a better player.
Programs available for athletes 12+ to professional.
Injury & Rehabilitation Training
One of our main priorities with training is to decrease the likelihood of injuries, by gradually increasing training loads/volumes, while also improving tissue resiliency, biomechanics, posture and coordination. However, injuries can still happen, so following a structured and progressive return-to-play program is needed not only for athletes but everyday folks as well.
Our rehab programming emphasizes:
Protecting the injury while still keeping the client as active as possible.
Gradually increase the injured areas’ tolerance to loading, to improve strength and reverse atrophy.
Re-introduce normal movement patterns, like walking, lifting, running, and landing when able.
Return the client to normal training while minimizing setbacks by avoiding progressing too soon.
**TL;DR: Increase overall physical function to prepare the body for what it is going to be exposed to after rehab.**
Essentially, our programs revolve around regressing a normal training program down to the point where the athlete/client can tolerate it. Whether this be modifying the range of motion, decreasing the load being used, using different exercises, omitting dynamic drills, or getting rid of something all together…the point is to still train based on what you can handle. Then as you improve, we can slowly reintroduce more elements and increase the difficulty until you are back to full training. This helps us get athletes and clients healed up faster, and in some cases, finish rehab in better physical condition to when they first got injured!
