This template is designed for individuals…
1. Who completed the Weight Loss – Phase 2 template, or if you are looking to cut body fat after one of our Hypertrophy or General Strength phases.
2. Looking to seriously accelerate weight loss and change body composition.
3. Looking to increase their physical fitness and work capacity.
4. With a bit of experience exercising but would like a structured plan to follow at the gym.
**Also great for athletes looking to increase their conditioning.
