1.    Wanting to increase their overall strength, size and fitness.

2.    With a bit of experience exercising but would like a structured plan to follow at the gym.

3.    Finishing up General Strength 1, Hypertrophy Phase 2, or the Hypertrophy Phase 3 template.

4.    Returning from an extended lay off from training; potentially due to injury or other life commitments.

5.    Athletes at the start of their off-season training.
