This is the final piece in our General Strength series. If you want to actually become strong, then this is the program for you. Only attempt if you have completed Phases 1 & 2, or have done serious strength training for 2+ years. You need to know how to do the basic barbell exercises to get the most out of this program.

2.    With experience in executing the main barbell lifts and a decent base of strength already (this is not a beginner program!)

3.    Finishing up General Strength 2, Hypertrophy Phase 2, or Hypertrophy Phase 3.

4.    Experienced athletes at the start of their off-season training.
